Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• Full refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date.
• If a participant withdraws, any materials or certificates provided will not be issued.

Right to Use Multimedia

• Participants grant KR Institute Pte Ltd permission to use multimedia materials (such as photographs and videos) taken during the course for promotional and educational purposes.
• Reviews and testimonials provided by participants may be utilized in marketing materials, both online and offline, while respecting privacy and confidentiality.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

Course Completion and Certification

• Certificates will be issued within 14 days of course completion.
